Had a roadside emergency and called 3 other shops who weren't able to see me. After calling in, and speaking with Shelly for a few minutes about my situation, Late was able to make time for me, even as we were coming up on the end of the day.
After the call was towed in and Nate had a chance to look at it, he said he would try and get me out of the shop by lunch the next day, which he was able to do even after finding additional work related to my roadside emergency.
Nate and everyone else in the shop were good and genuine people that really did me a favor and did right by me, even with the emergency and the job being expedited, the cost of the parts and labor was more than reasonable. Should I find myself in need of maintenance near the Muncie area i will be returning.

Fantastic customer service. Needed the internals for my window fixed so it would roll up/down again. They got the parts in and done the same day after initially looking at it. It was a much more reasonable price compared to an estimate I was given at another shop.
